Letos, stejně jako každý rok, setíme nové rostliny rajčat Mar Azul. Fotografie jsou z letošního roku 2021 a nebudeme je každý rok měnit.Je velmi zajímavé, že odrůda rajčat Mar Azul je extrémně silná a rychle roste. Zatím jsme neviděli odrůdu rajčat, která roste rychleji než odrůda Mar Azul. Kořen se vyvíjí extrémně rychle a je zajímavé, že rostliny dostávají boční výhonky již v nádobách.
Rajčata Mar Azul je nová odrůda rajčat získaná zcela přírodními technikami. Namodralá barva rajčete je způsobena vysokou koncentrací antokyanů, přírodních rostlinných pigmentů, které poskytují významné zdravotní výhody.
Měli bychom také poukázat na lahodnou chuť, vůni a pocity vyvolané rajčaty v ústech.
Když jsou dokonale zralé, modrofialové barvy s intenzivním, zářivě červeným interiérem.
Jedná se o rajče s žebrovaným ramenem s mírně křupavou a hladkou strukturou a nízkou kyselostí.
Zdraví
Rajčata Mar Azul byla podrobena přísným výživovým studiím, aby se zjistily její funkční a zdraví prospěšné vlastnosti. Katedra potravinářské vědy a technologie na univerzitě v Granadě představila výsledky fyzikálně-chemické analýzy a potvrdila obsah vitamínů C a B6 v rajčatech.
