🍅 The King Truffle Tomato (also known as Imperial Truffle) is an elegant and highly productive variety prized by gardeners and chefs alike. Its unique pear-shaped or truffle-shaped fruits stand out in any garden or kitchen. The skin is a bright, glossy red, while the flesh inside is firm, juicy, and full of rich tomato flavor. The balance of sweetness and light acidity makes it perfect for both fresh eating and cooking.
Each fruit typically weighs between 200 and 300 grams, with a slightly ribbed surface and 4–5 elongated seed chambers. The thin skin peels easily, and the fruit holds its shape well after harvest. Ripe tomatoes can be stored for up to two months without losing flavor or firmness — a rare advantage for a fresh market variety.
The plants grow on strong, indeterminate vines reaching 160–170 cm in height. They produce clusters of medium to large fruits throughout the season, making this variety an excellent choice for continuous harvest.

King Truffle Tomato is a mid-season variety, ready to harvest 105–114 days after germination. It performs well both in open fields and greenhouses, giving a steady yield from midsummer until the first frost.

🌱 Sowing & Care Instructions
Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost. Sow at a depth of 0.5–1 cm, keep the soil moist, and maintain a temperature of 20–25 °C for germination. Transplant seedlings when they have 2–3 true leaves, spacing them 50–60 cm between plants and 70–90 cm between rows.
Provide full sun, regular watering at the base, and support with stakes or cages. Prune side shoots for better airflow and larger fruits. Fertilize every 10–14 days with a balanced NPK formula, increasing potassium during fruiting.
