Terms of Use
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders with delivery worldwide. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Our dispatch of products constitutes acceptance of your order and the start of our contract to supply. Your contract for supply is with Seeds Gallery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms.
2. Our Commitment
Seeds Gallery is dedicated to supplying high-quality products for recreational gardeners and households for personal use only—not for resale. According to trade custom, Seeds Gallery’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific item.
3. Availability
We aim to offer only products expected to be in stock, but availability may vary. Unavailable varieties will not be selectable on our website. If a chosen variety is unavailable or unsuitable at dispatch, we will substitute a similar variety of equal or greater value or ship the item when available (excluding fragrance products). If unable to supply a fragrance, we will contact you for instructions. If no substitute is suitable, we will issue a credit. For any reason, including dissatisfaction with substitutions, you may return the product immediately for a refund.
If a product is unavailable when packing your order, we will refund you via PayPal or issue a voucher if payment was by bank transfer.
4. Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. To cancel, contact Customer Care within 7 working days of receipt. You must take reasonable care of goods and return them promptly at your cost. We may arrange collection for larger items at your expense. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
5. Seed Quantities
Where seed quantity is indicated by weight (grams), the actual number of seeds may vary due to size and weight differences. The weight indication shows an approximate quantity, e.g., “Price for pack of 50 (1g) seeds” means you buy by weight, not exact seed count.
6. Seed Germination
All seeds are tested for germination before sale. Only seeds with germination rates over 60% are sold. Unsold seeds are returned to breeders, and fresh seeds are supplied each season.
Seed germination depends on many factors beyond seller control (planting time, soil, watering, light, fertilizers, pest control, weather, etc.). Germination and growth results are the buyer’s responsibility. The seller is not liable for cultivation methods or errors. If you disagree, please do not purchase seeds from us.
7. Free Vouchers
Free vouchers offered in catalogs, order confirmations, or deliveries are promotional. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order and cannot usually be combined with other promotions unless otherwise allowed.
8. Prices
Prices reflect current rates and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices anytime. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or cancel your order for the affected items.
9. Savings
Savings displayed (“SAVE *”) are based on multiples of the cheapest pack size equivalent.
10. New and Exclusive Products
“New” items are new additions to our range. “Exclusive” items are believed to be available only through us and affiliated brands.
11. Copyright
All catalog and website content copyrights are owned or controlled by Seeds Gallery. You may download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, broadcasting, storing, transmitting, publicly displaying, adapting, or altering content without written permission is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Information
We are not responsible for third-party websites or materials. Only prices listed on our catalogs and website apply; we do not honor prices quoted elsewhere.

We strive to provide excellent products and service. Our Customer Care team is available to respond promptly and efficiently to all comments, ensuring your satisfaction.

15. Satisfaction Guarantee
We promise to supply products in prime condition. If you are not 100% satisfied upon receipt, notify us within 7 days for a replacement (subject to availability), credit, or refund. Manufactured goods must be returned for refunds, preferably with photographic evidence.
If plants fail to grow after following instructions exactly, notify us within 7 days of receipt for replacement, credit, or refund.
For seed germination issues, notify us within 14 days of the specified germination time with the original packaging and inner sachet.
We are not responsible for failures due to weather, watering errors, or improper care.
16. Importing Seeds
Buyers are responsible for their country’s import regulations. Customs confiscation or destruction of shipments is at the buyer’s risk; no compensation is offered. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
17. Product Reviews
By submitting a review, you grant Seeds Gallery the right to publish it in marketing materials at our discretion.
18. Images and Video
Images or videos submitted become the property of Seeds Gallery and may be used in marketing indefinitely.
19. Complaints
To acknowledge complaints, you must record a video while opening the shipment. Complaints without video evidence will not be accepted.
20. Returns
Returns require prior written approval. Seeds must be unopened, sealed, and resalable, returned within 7 working days of receipt. This does not apply to agreed quality issues.
If a shipment is returned for any other reason, postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Seller is not liable for delivery issues in the buyer’s country.
If cancelling an order after packing, a €2 packaging fee will be deducted.
