Late sowings will last well into winter. This spinach has it all.
Sow the spinach seeds from early spring or in the autumn outside in a prepared bed 1 cm deep. Rich, weel drained soil is recommended. Thin out to 5-10cm apart as the seedlings appear. Water well in dry spells. Harvest the young leaves as required, picking only a few from each plant.
Easy to grow, annual leaf vegetable. Crops for a long period.
Can be sown in the autumn for winter leaves.
