A very unusual and attractive translucent white Sweet pepper variety producing medium-thick fleshed, blocky fruits with a mouth-watering, rich flavor and a sweet, juicy crunch. The plants are study and 2ft high. Diamond remains translucent ivory for an extended period before eventually maturing to pale cream yellow and, finally, scarlet-red. Stunning in salads.

· When 4-5 inches plant 15-20" apart in greenhouse / conservatory with root ball 1/2" below the soil surface.
· Keep moist and feed when flowering with tomato type fertiliser.
Harvest when fruits have reached full-size and full colour.
