Zapotec is one of the most interestingly shaped heirloom tomatoes we offer. The deeply-ribbed Large red fruit are produced on a vigorous plant and have a good distinct flavor. Fruit weight range from 200 to 500 gr. Firm meaty flesh with little juice. Beautiful slices. Wonderful taste, more sweet than acidic. A novelty for slicing of stuffing!
Zapotec is an heirloom variety originally grown by the Zapotec Indians of Mexico.
