Soiul de castravete armean aparține botanic pepenilor de zahăr. Cele imature sunt folosite la fel ca castraveții de salată, se coc pe dulciuri atunci când se coc, iar gustul și aspectul lor amintesc mai mult de pepene verde. Castravetele are un gust excelent, nu este amar.

Planta este foarte profitabilă și poartă fructe lungi (45-90 cm), de culoare verde deschis, cu caneluri longitudinale. Carnea de castravete este de culoare albă până la verde deschis, suculentă și conține semințe mai mici.
Această varietate de castraveți are un conținut mai mare de acid folic și, prin urmare, are un efect foarte benefic asupra metabolismului uman, în special la obezitate sau diabet.
Gustul acestor castraveți este foarte proaspăt, potrivit mai ales pentru consumul direct sau prepararea salatelor.
Recoltăm fructe coapte din august până în septembrie.

As for the seeds I bought from you, I can say that the germination rate was over 90%.I recommend this variety to everyone!
