Amy paprika is an early variety of paprika, which is called the "king" of paprika crops. It has indefinite growth, is productive, and is characterized by good health throughout the growing season (not susceptible to diseases and pests).

The plant does not grow very tall. It develops 2-4 branches, with individual flowers.

The fruits are large, conical-elongated, creamy white in technical maturity, red in physiological maturity. The flesh is fleshy, 5 mm thick, and sweet.

Weight is 80-90 g per fruit. The vegetation period is about 100-110 days. It is harvested in stages, starting in July.

The fruits have a special commercial appearance.

Recommended for fresh consumption and industrial processing.

Cultivation in the open field, greenhouses are recommended.
