If you don't find the answer, then contact us and we will answer you as soon as possible. But all of the answers are answered in delivery and payment information, all you have to do is to read all information.

We do need an invoice with the name of our company. Would that be ok?

We do not send the invoice with seeds, but you can download it any time you want from your order history in PDF format. If you order as a company, you can download the invoice with the name of your company.

Tracking shows that the shipment is still in the place it was sent from.

If you see that tracking shows that the shipment is still in the place from where it was sent, it means only that the shipment is in transit and other post offices and countries (even yours in the destination country) where the is shipment currently located do not provide tracking data.

We advise you in this case ALWAYS CONTACT your post with a tracking number and ask them about your package.

We are not a post, so we cannot give you an answer where your parcel is located, even the post office cannot tell you this, so long the shipment is in transit.

How to keep my cart saved (So I don’t have to add products to the cart again)?

We regularly clean the database, and all abandoned visitors baskets are deleted.

Only the baskets of registered customers remain preserved and customers do not have to add products to the cart again.

We advise you to register first and then to put the products in the cart.

I have bought 1 product 2x ( or more times) but got only 1 package?

No, you have received the ordered amount of seeds, just 2x in 1 package. 

You can also see on the seeds package: Qty: 2 

But you can also count the seeds if you think you didn't get the number of seeds you have ordered.

Differences between shipping options

Express processing (Express shipping)
Your order will be packed within 24 hours and given in to the post office for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays)

Priority processing (Priority shipping)
Your order will be packed within 1-7 working days and given in to the post office for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays)

Insured delivery (Order value up to 150 €)
Insured postage (order value up to € 150). If the post office loses the order, you will be refunded the full amount you paid.

Standard processing (Standard shipping)
Your order will be packed within 3 to 10 business days and given in to the post office for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays)

Please note that selecting one of these options does not mean that you will receive the order within that period (24h, 1-7, 3-10 days), the specified deadline in days means only the time of processing and packaging of your order.

The post is responsible for delivery time.

Only working days are counted at the time of processing.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

What is needed for product complaints?

In order to accept your Complaints (missing seeds, broken seeds...), you are required to record a video during opening the shipment. Complaints without a recorded video will not be accepted.

I ordered 2 or more packs and only got one

If you have ordered more than one package of the same product, we will put all the seeds in one package. Which can be clearly seen on the packaging and is marked "Qty: 2" (or 3, 4 5, 6 ...).

So please take a good look at what is marked on the package in terms of quantity and you can always count the seeds.
