Isporuka:

Slanje u roku od 7-14 radnih dana. (U nekim slučajevima mogu se dogoditi kašnjenja u otpremi sa kašnjenjem od 3 do 10 dana. Naročito tokom sezone ili nakon državnih praznika.).


2. Prioritetna isporuka:

Slanje u roku od najviše 1-7 radna dana. (U nekim slučajevima mogu se dogoditi kašnjenja u otpremi sa kašnjenjem od 3 do 7 dana. Naročito tokom sezone ili nakon državnih praznika.). To znači da će porudžbine sa Prioritetnom isporukom prvo biti obrađene sa naše veb stranice. A ne da ćete dobiti narudžbu u roku od 3 dana (što je nemoguće!)


3. Osigurana isporuka:

Vrednost porudžbine do 130 €, sigurno slanje. Ovo je najsigurnija poštarina, a ako pošta izgubi pismo, vratit ćete novac.


4. Brza posta (placanje po preuzimanju) Zbog ne preuzimanja posiljke od strane kupaca opcija "Placanje pouzecem" nije vise dostupna.

Za ovu vrestu isporuke je OBAVEZAN broj telefona, gde placate prilikom preuzimanja posiljke, cena postarine za ovu uslugu ukoliko postoji na sajtu je okvirna. Mi ne izracunavamo cenu usluge.


Troškovi slanja i rukovanja, izračunavaju se automatski prilikom naručivanja, a cena zavisi od težine paketa i države u koju je poslana.

1. korak je dobijanje email obavestenja da je vasa porudzbina prihvacena i postavljena.


2. korak ukoliko ste izabrali opciju placanja bankovnim racunom, je da kada mi primimo vasu uplatu isti dan cete biti putem email poruke obavesteni da je uplata legla na nas racun.


3. korak je obavestenje da je vasa porudzbina upakovana i spremna za slanje.


4. korak je izvestavanje da je vasa porudzbina poslana i naravno u toj email poruci cete dobiti i broj za pracenje vase posiljke. (osim kada je u pitanju slanje postexpressom, tu cete dobiti obavestenje od njih putem SMS-a)


Nakon što pošaljemo vašu narudžbinu, moći ćete da pronađete broj za praćenje pošiljke u istoriji porudžbina. Nastavite da pratite svoju porudžbinu koristeći broj za praćenje (mi to ne možemo učiniti za vas).

Obratite paznju da gde je god broj semena oznacen u gramima moze da se desi da ima vise i manje semena u pakovanju jer seme nije iste velicine i tezine.

Ukoliko je oznaceno u gramima, broj semena gubi vaznost i tu je samo da bi otprilike bio prikazan broj semena u pakovanju.

Na primer "Cena za pakovanje od 50 (1g) semena." znaci ne kupujete broj semena vec gramazu.

Today it's been 14 calendar days since I made my purchase, until today I haven't received the tracking code.
I am a very disappointed ,and I am regret deal with this company

Did you find information anywhere on the site that we send a tracking number to each customer individually?

Each status is automatically sent to customers via Email, including notification of the shipment tracking number.

Also if you had read the information you would have seen that we are not the post office and that the post office is responsible for the delivery time. If you have any objections to the delivery time, please contact and complain to the post office.

The time of packing and handing over the package to the post office was done by us on time. Order date 04/13/2021, your order is shipped 15/04/2021, THE TIME WE HAD AT OUR DISPOSAL TO SEND YOU YOUR ORDER IS 7 DAYS AND WE SENT IT WITHIN 2 DAYS!

I see you knew to leave a bad comment in the information for delivery and payment, but you didn't know to read that information?

I can only see that you have not read any information that is clearly displayed on the site, and you are dissatisfied. So I wonder, why are you dissatisfied?

Today it's been 7 calendar days since I made my purchase, until today I haven't received the tracking code.
